RSI provides supplemental services to our clients as a value added benefit.  We believe that our unbiased approach to business will help you create organizational efficiencies and have a direct impact on facility revenue.

RSI customizes coverage to ensure that all clients have our physician support during their hours of operation.  RSI offers 24/7 coverage to all clients. Our board-certified physicians interpret all modalities and a staff radiologist is available at all times. Client Service Coordinators and I/T support is available 24/7 from our organization. Our office never closes.

Our communication model ensures direct access to RSI radiologists creating efficiencies in overall patient care. A Client Services Coordinator (CSC) is always available 24/7 to address your needs and to connect physicians and technologists with the appropriate RSI radiologist. Our HIPAA compliant teleradiology system provides referring physicians’ immediate access to their studies and the ability to conduct web based consultations with RSI radiologists.

RSI employs a Director of Medical Imaging whose primary role is to provide ongoing support for all of your imaging needs.  This individual will review your current workflow model and provide recommendations in areas such as image quality, modality protocol and employee training.  Our Director of Medical Imaging will communicate with application providers to ensure the seamless integration of modality protocols.

RSI will review your existing network and provide PACS recommendations to connect your DICOM modalities to our RSI server. Our Director of Information Technology will work with your IT personnel to integrate the teleradiology systems so that our radiologist can read your studies digitally. This will eliminate costs incurred with the printing and storage of film.

Our Director of Information Technology will always be accessible to you to address any questions that you have pertaining to your connection to RSI and our server network, and provide guidance on other technology needs.

RSI realizes the importance of maintaining a positive brand image within your community and is committed to helping you increase your market share.  RSI physicians and staff members are available to visit with referring physicians or host educational events in an effort to enhance your visibility.  As your radiology provider, our primary goal will be to help you increase procedural volume as we have done for each of our current clients.

Unlike many traditional radiology groups, RSI adheres to a strict quality assurance and control regimen.  Our self created “Double Blind” method of quality assurance is performed on a random selection of studies (depending on your organizational volume) of all modalities each quarter.  This “Double Blind” method requires two radiologists to independently dictate the selected studies which are then reviewed by a 3rd radiologist for assessment.  The results of this assessment are recorded in report format and provided to the performing organization on a semi-annual basis.

RSI provides immediate turnaround on all CALL and STAT reports with a FINAL printed report in 1 hour or less. We guarantee that all studies will be read within 24 hours. Our goal is to provide FINAL reports on all routine studies within 3 hours of receipt.  To ensure the highest standard of care, our physicians may request relevant outside films for comparison. This can delay the final interpretation in some instances.

RSI radiologists are sub-specialized and fellowship trained. The focus of our skill is MRI interpretation. Our ability to identify, hire and retain the highest quality radiologists will ensure that you receive excellence in radiological interpretations. Our physicians are all U.S. based and fellowship trained in the following areas: Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Interventional and Women’s Imaging.
